Philippe Vigoureux
Philippe Vigoureux has been associated with the chemical industry for over forty years. His senior management roles within BP CHEMICALS in Europe and Asia gave him the opportunity to acquire a comprehensice experience in distributor management. Philippe has a thorough knowledge of both speciality and commodity chemicals.
He is a chemical engineer and a marketing practitioner.
Through his professional involvement in leadership positions, Philippe developed a conceptual and practical experience in the following areas :

In key international executive positions in the United Kingdom, France and China, Philippe has led several "Change Management Projects" to adapt large and small business units to fast evolving environments.
Philippe has a specific knowledge and experience of the synergies which exist between Producers and Distributors within the context of lntegrated Supply Chain Management. During the last years, Philippe became familiar with the Chinese market dynamics and advised several companies to set up new operations in China.
Philippe has acquired "Hands On" experience in the areas of Distributors Strategy, Supply Chain Management, outsourcing of non strategic activities. He is able to identify organizational critical issues and to recommend structural or operational changes generating significant profit improvements.
In the more recent years Philippe has been involved with China issues in different contexts and different regions of China. Philippe gives lectures at French Universities and to professional audiences. He is bilingual English and French and lives in Paris.
